Pop Cargo – Instruction Manual

Installing the Pop Cargo bracket

• Remove 8mm screws and metal backing from Cargo Bracket
• Choose the correct seat tube adapter size for your bike‘s tube size.
• Snap the seat tube adapter onto your seat tube. 
• Assemble Cargo Bracket on tube adapter by inserting 4x 8mm screws through the metal backing and into the Cargo Bracket.
• Tighten screws
• Test your Bracket placement by inserting the Tube Rack into the bracket, make sure there is minimum 3“ clearance above the rear wheel.- Once you‘re satisfied with the Cargo Bracket position, fully tighten the screws to lock the bracket in place.
  
  
  

Using Pop Cargo

TO ATTACH RACK

• Push red slider button towards FRONT wheel to UNLOCK.
• Align rack tube with the bracket holes, you will need to pull the tubes apart a bit to fit into the bracket.
• Push red quick-release slider towards BACK wheel to LOCK.

TO REMOVE RACK:

• Push red slider button towards FRONT wheel to UNLOCK.
• Pull rack tube up to detach.
  
  
  

Operation Instructions

RIDING AND SAFETY 

• Ensure the Bracket mounting screws are fully tightened to prevent rotational movement of the rack.
• Ride cautiously when carrying heavy loads. Heavy loads will affect the balance and riding of your bicycle. 
• Secure your loads with straps and bungees to avoid bouncing and falling cargo.
